Rates
Please contact me to learn more about my rates.
Insurance
Although I do not accept or bill insurance, I will gladly assist you to get reimbursed by your insurance company if my services are covered by your PPO plan. Please contact your insurance company’s Member Services Department to see if you are eligible for reimbursement for an out of network provider. You will be responsible for payment at the time that services are rendered, but as a courtesy to my clients, I will electronically submit proof of payment and services directly to your insurance company.
Reduced Fee
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those in need. Please inquire.
Frequency & Duration
Psychotherapy is a process in which we build a safe and therapeutic relationship that cultivates your transformation. The frequency and duration of sessions is dependent upon your treatment goals, but typically sessions are once a week for 50 minutes. We will work together to determine what is best for you.
Payment
I accept several forms of payment and will give you all the information you need before our first meeting.
Cancellation Policy
If we set up an initial session and you are unable to make it, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible. I provide additional information about cancellations to which you will be privy before our first meeting.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
