Individual Therapy

Who I Work With

I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ clients, nontraditional lifestyles (I am a Kink Aware Professional), and those seeking therapy that is culturally aware, affirming, and nonjudgmental.

Many of my clients are, or strive to be, thoughtful, introspective people navigating questions around identity, relationships, creativity, purpose, emotional overwhelm, or longstanding relational patterns. I work with artists, professionals, students, caregivers, healers, and fellow mental health providers.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to deeper work, our sessions will be collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Common Areas of Focus

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some of the areas I commonly support clients with include:

  • Anxiety & chronic stress
  • Trauma, PTSD & C-PTSD
  • ADHD & neurodiversity
  • Relationship and attachment patterns
  • Grief & loss
  • Life transitions & identity exploration
  • Self-esteem & perfectionism
  • Family dynamics & emotionally immature parents
  • Creativity, purpose & career challenges
  • LGBTQ+ affirming therapy
  • Compulsive behaviors
  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

This is not a complete list of what we may explore in therapy. If you’re unsure whether your concerns fit within my practice, feel free to reach out.

How I Approach Therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels relational, collaborative, and responsive to the individual rather than formulaic or one-size-fits-all.

While we may explore how past experiences continue to shape present patterns, our work will also focus on helping you build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more connected ways of relating to yourself and others.

Depending on your needs, I may integrate body awareness, mindfulness practices, parts work, and trauma-focused approaches to support deeper healing and nervous system regulation.

Trauma-Focused Therapies

For clients carrying trauma, chronic stress, or deeply rooted emotional patterns, I also offer trauma-focused therapies that support healing beyond cognitive insight alone.

These approaches may include Brainspotting, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), depending on your needs and goals. Learn more about trauma therapy here.
